Swing by the eagle observation deck located at 13600 Marlboro Ave. NE, in Alliance to catch a glimpse of the Stark Parks eagles and their nest. Learn about the history of bald eagles and their recovery to the ecosystem. Personal binoculars and spotting scope are welcome. Park staff will have scopes available for use.
