Back to School Health Chat

Now that school is back in session we will be discussing how to keep the kids healthy this season with a fun make and take! We will touch on increasing immune function and focus. In addition, we will be evaluating posture and talking about proper backpack use. Bring your kids and your friends! You don’t want to miss out on the fun!
