We are committed to communicating with our visitors to ensure their visit to the Hartville area is positive and memorable. We will post construction updates on this page pertaining to the widening and addition of turn lanes to State Route 619, a major route into and through our Township. Once completed, this major enhancement will make navigating our area a breeze!

Eastbound and Westbound lanes will remain open and no road closures will occur on SR 619 in the project area.  To make your route more efficient during construction, we are happy to provide alternate routes for peak times.

The project will begin in May of 2017 in Lake Township and is scheduled to be completed by Summer of 2020. The area of State Route 619 scheduled to be widened runs from Milan Avenue in the Village of Hartville to Kaufman Avenue NW, just west of the Hartville MarketPlace in Lake Township, and will include roundabouts at King Church Avenue NW (at the main entrance to the popular Hartville MarketPlace) and Kaufman Avenue NW.
